Lead and manage a portfolio of corporate clients, delivering tailored banking solutions and deepening client relationships. Serve as the primary point of contact for complex corporate banking needs including trade finance, credit facilities, and treasury products.
Requirements
- 8+ years of banking experience with a focus on corporate clients
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, credit analysis, and trade finance
- Proven track record of growing and retaining a corporate portfolio
- BSc in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Own the roadmap, development, and continuous improvement of BNMB's digital banking products including the Mashreg App and web banking platform. Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and business teams to deliver customer-first digital experiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management in fintech or banking
- Deep understanding of digital banking UX and mobile-first design
- Experience with agile development and cross-functional team leadership
- Knowledge of Central Bank of Sudan digital banking regulations
- BSc in Computer Science, Business, or related field
Support financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting across BNMB's business units. Analyze financial data to provide insights that drive strategic decisions, and prepare detailed reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in banking or finance
- Proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and data analysis tools
- Solid understanding of IFRS, Shariah accounting standards (AAOIFI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- BSc in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; CFA or CPA preferred
Oversee all operations, business development, and customer experience at the BNMB Port Sudan branch. Lead a team of banking professionals and ensure branch performance meets targets while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- 7+ years of banking experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
- Track record of meeting sales targets and managing branch P&L
- Knowledge of CBOS regulations and branch compliance requirements
- BSc in Business, Finance, or related field
Protect BNMB's digital infrastructure, banking systems, and customer data from cyber threats. Conduct security assessments, monitor for incidents, implement controls, and ensure compliance with CBOS cybersecurity guidelines and industry standards.
Requirements
- 4+ years of cybersecurity experience in a banking or financial environment
- Proficiency in network security, endpoint protection, SIEM, and incident response
- Experience with ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, or CBOS IT security frameworks
- Relevant certifications: CISSP, CEH, CISM, or equivalent
- BSc in Computer Science, IT, or Information Security
Deliver exceptional customer service to BNMB clients across our branch network. Handle account inquiries, transactions, complaints, and product information requests with professionalism and empathy.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in banking
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Arabic and English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Familiarity with core banking systems is an advantage
- Diploma or BSc in Business Administration or related field
