Where can we send your money?
Process
How remittances work
Send
The sender visits a Western Union or Ria partner location anywhere in the world and initiates a transfer to Sudan. They receive a Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN).
Transfer
The funds move through the secure global network — Western Union or Ria's infrastructure, backed by BNMB's reliable agent connections — typically within minutes.
Receive
The recipient visits any BNMB branch with their ID and the MTCN. After a simple verification, they receive the funds in person and sign a receipt.
