Hunger and malnutrition remain among the most vital challenges facing humanity. Achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) requires a well-coordinated effort among all stakeholders.

To deliberate on the gravest challenges of our time, the World Without Hunger Conference was a three-day long event consisting of solution-oriented technical sessions, an investment forum, and a high-level political forum.

BNMB was honored to be one of the elite sponsors of the World Without Hunger Conference, that took place from November 5–7, 2024, in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. This significant event brought together over 1,500 leaders from various sectors to address the urgent issues of hunger and malnutrition.

Co-organized by UNIDO, the African Union Commission, and the Government of Ethiopia, this conference served as a vital platform for collaboration aimed at achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.

BNMB reaffirms its commitment to playing an active role in regional and global initiatives that address food insecurity and advance sustainable development across Africa and the Arab world.

Blue Nile Mashreg Bank's participation at this level underscores its broader corporate social responsibility strategy — supporting communities not only through financial services, but through strategic partnerships and international advocacy.
